Payment & Trade Terms
For international B2B wholesale, OEM, private-label and project orders. The final commercial terms for each order are those specified in the accepted quotation, Proforma Invoice, purchase order confirmation or sales contract.
Last updated: 25 September 2026Quotation validity
Prices, product scope, currency and any validity date are specified in the quotation. A request for price, website listing or preliminary discussion does not reserve a price or confirm an order. If a quotation expires or the requirements change, please ask KEWIGE for a revised quotation.
Proforma Invoice and order confirmation
The Proforma Invoice (PI) identifies the product, approved specification, quantity, price, payment instructions and other agreed order details. An order is confirmed only through the agreed written acceptance and payment or other conditions stated in the quotation, PI, purchase order confirmation or sales contract. Conflicting order documents should be reconciled in writing before performance begins.
Accepted currencies and payment method
The accepted currency and available payment method are specified for each order in its formal commercial documents. No general currency, bank transfer option or sample-payment method is promised on this page. KEWIGE does not publish bank account numbers on this website.
Deposit, balance and payment deadline
Any deposit, balance payment, payment milestone and deadline are as specified in the quotation, Proforma Invoice, purchase order confirmation or sales contract. KEWIGE will confirm when a payment is received and how it affects the agreed order schedule.
Bank charges, taxes and import duties
The agreed documents identify the allocation of bank, intermediary and payment charges. Applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees and similar destination charges are allocated under the agreed trade term and order documents; buyers should review local import requirements before placing an order.
Incoterms and trade responsibilities
Where an Incoterms® rule is agreed, the order documents should identify the selected rule, its version and the named place or port. Freight, insurance, export or import clearance, costs and transfer of risk follow the expressly agreed arrangement. No Incoterm is assumed from a website inquiry.
Late or incomplete payment
If an agreed payment is late or incomplete, KEWIGE will contact the buyer to resolve the discrepancy. Any resulting change to order processing, shipment or timing is handled under the agreed commercial documents and confirmed in writing; this page does not impose an automatic penalty.
Changes after confirmation
A request to change quantity, specification, artwork, packaging or destination after order confirmation requires written review. Any effects on price, tooling, materials, production status or timing must be agreed before the change is applied.
Payment instruction verification
KEWIGE will never request a change of payment account solely through an informal message. Any change to beneficiary or bank details must be confirmed through an official @kewige.com email address and a formally issued Proforma Invoice. If a payment instruction seems unusual, stop and independently verify it with KEWIGE through a previously verified contact channel before sending funds.
Order-specific terms
The final commercial terms are governed by the signed quotation, Proforma Invoice, purchase order confirmation or sales contract applicable to the order. Please contact sales@kewige.com to clarify any term before confirming or paying for an order.
