Claims & Non-Conformity
This process is for B2B shipment and product claims, including shortages, damage and departures from the approved specification. It does not create a consumer retail return right.
Last updated: 25 September 2026Issues covered
Please report any quantity shortage, visible transport damage, specification mismatch, suspected manufacturing defect, packaging issue or missing agreed accessory. Identify the affected models, cartons and quantity; separate unaffected goods where practicable.
Initial records and evidence
Send the purchase or PI reference; model and batch information where available; carton labels; packing list, transport document and delivery record; and clear photographs or videos of the issue, product, cartons and labels. Include measured dimensions or the approved drawing reference when the concern involves a specification. Describe when and how the issue was discovered.
Preserve affected goods
Please retain the affected goods, accessories, cartons and packaging in a condition that permits reasonable inspection, subject to safe handling needs. Avoid disposal, alteration or repair before the facts and next steps are discussed, unless an urgent safety or legal requirement makes that impracticable.
Submission and claim period
Send claim details to sales@kewige.com, with the relevant documents and evidence. Any applicable inspection or notification period is as specified in the quotation, Proforma Invoice, purchase order confirmation or sales contract. No fixed deadline is created by this page.
Investigation
KEWIGE must have a reasonable opportunity to investigate before a remedy is agreed. The review may compare the delivered goods with the approved drawings, samples and order documents and, where appropriate, request additional images, measurements or access to the affected goods. The parties will identify whether the issue concerns production, transport, packaging or another cause.
Corrective action and remedy
After the facts are reviewed, the parties will discuss a proportionate remedy under the applicable commercial documents. Depending on the issue and agreement, this may include a replacement, credit, repair, corrective action on a future shipment or another negotiated resolution. This page does not promise an automatic refund, replacement or reimbursement.
Transport-related loss
Visible freight damage should be documented on the carrier or delivery record where possible. The party responsible for pursuing a carrier or insurance claim depends on the agreed shipping arrangement and risk allocation. KEWIGE will review the available evidence with the buyer.
